Degs and Sal is a jewelry brand based out of NYC. They design unique, Italian-made jewelry for men. From rings and necklaces to cuffs and bracelets, they have it all. Aside from the product itself, content is what sets a brand apart from the rest. Degs and Sal needed a way to showcase the brand and lifestyle in a digestible format and we accomplished just that.
We sought out to design a site that features all the bells and whistles, while increasing conversions and overall brand loyalty. It was important that this site would be mobile and desktop friendly, in order to attract the consumers attention. We identified key converting points for the business and put an emphasis on where the typical fall-off would be. From there, we split tested cart size, button size and even text size to arrive at the perfect iteration.
A common question we asked ourselves, especially during the email discovery phase, was how can we convey the lifestyle while also maximizing ROI. We began brainstorming custom email flows that are tailor-made to specific customers. We designed funnel specific email campaigns for each step of the buyer cycle. We help the customer with their purchase every step of the way by sharing recommendations, inventory updates, style guides and more. This cemented the relationship and allowed the brand to accomplish its mission of creating a movement, not just a business.
